Healthy Design Element: The Color Blue
The Color Blue – It can spark happiness, bring calmness or ignite boldness and energy.
I love the color blue. It reminds me of the beauty in nature, a clear blue sky, the ocean, flowers, birds, and butterflies. (It also brings back great memories. My dad had beautiful blue eyes.)
One of my favorite places to travel is the Caribbean. The tranquil turquoise waters are truly spectacular.
Blue is a favorite color to many people. In fact, when people are asked what their favorite color is, the most common answer is blue.
The color blue is associated with:

Your home is your oasis
Your home is your oasis, it is your sanctuary. It should rejuvenate and inspire you. It should lift your spirits and elevate your life. Set the mood, set the tone with colors you love. If blue is one of your favorite colors, why not infuse your home with pops of blue color?
Blue is a good color choice
Blue is a good color choice to use in your home. There are many shades of blue, from warm to cool tones. Blue can be calming, tranquil, light and airy to fun and energizing, to ultra luxe, seductive, bold and deep.
You don’t need a major overhaul; you can begin to infuse shades of blue throughout your home by sprinkling it with blue accessories such as artwork, pillows, vases, and books.
The color blue is sprinkled throughout my home. It evokes pure joy and it sparks my bliss.
